For Event Packages
❖ Reservation/DepositA non-refundable 30% of the total package price is required upon signing the contract to secure your event date and officially engage our team.
❖ Stage 1 Progress PaymentsA 30% progress payment is due 30 days after the reservation. This initiates full planning and preparation, allowing us to begin key pre-production tasks.
❖ Stage 2 Progress Payments A 40% progress payment is payable 60 days before the event day. This covers the completion of major vendor bookings and logistics arrangements.
❖ Full & Final PaymentThe remaining balance must be settled in cash on the event day, before any on-site preparation begins.

❖ Reservation/DepositA non-refundable reservation fee of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your event date.
❖ Stage 1 Progress Payments50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days after the reservation date.
❖ Full & Final PaymentThe remaining balance must be settled in cash on the day of the event before any preparation begins. This is mandatory to ensure timely execution of all services.
