Payment Terms
Payment Terms
❖ Reservation/Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30'000 is required when you sign the contract to secure our services for your event.
❖ Stage 1 Progress Payments
A 30% progress payment is due 30 days after the reservation. This initiates full planning and preparation, allowing us to begin key pre-production tasks.
❖ Stage 2 Progress Payments
A 40% progress payment is due 60 days prior to the event day. This covers the completion of major vendor bookings and logistics arrangements.
❖ Full & Final Payment
To keep everything clear and secure, the remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the event day, before on-site preparations begin, giving you peace of mind knowing we are fully committed to your event.
